Individuals with urinary problems such as failure to store urine and inability to empty urine or both can face acute or chronic disturbances resulting in infections, impaired bladder function, obstruction of urine outflow, and or inability to control voluntary urination. Urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, nocturia (waking at night to void), urinary retention and urinary diversions can be managed by assessing the cause, implementing a realistic individualized treatment plan. Continuity Nursing Care will empower each client by providing education, counseling and support to assure you are well informed.
Continuity Nursing Care provides assistance in managing urinary incontinence, catheterization, irrigation of bladder, routine assessment of urinary tract infection, care of urinary diversion system such as ureterostomy and nephrostomy.
